Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, on the Arch Window Feeder and PestOff 3.0. Tick gift wrap when you add the feeder to your basket (£4.99) and the feeder arrives wrapped in red paper with a white satin bow. Only the feeder is wrapped, and if you order other items too, it may arrive inside a Roamwild outer box.
Can I send a gift straight to them?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout, and your own details for billing. We never put prices, receipts or packing slips in the parcel.
Can I add a gift message?
Not at the moment, so we’d suggest sending a card separately. Our seeded Christmas cards grow into wildflowers when they’re planted.
How quickly will it arrive?
Next working day delivery is £9.99 when you order before 2pm. Standard delivery is £4.99 and takes 2 to 3 working days. Standard orders are packed at our warehouse in Essex and dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Order by Mon 21 Dec for Christmas delivery.
What if it isn’t quite right?
